Advisory of the Former President Asif Ali Zardari dismissed the rumors of the death. The co-chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), saying that he is ill and recovering at home.
During the casual conversation with the media after the case hearing against Khursheed Shah�s family at the Supreme Court on Thursday, Farooq H Naek confirmed to the reports about Zardari�s condition that he has several illnesses and major back pain. He is at home due to Coronavirus Pandemic.
�Rumors were extensive on social media that Zardari�s health is turning worse. Videos are being viral and forward messages are circulating that his party is trying to mask the condition of Zardari and he is in crucial condition.
When Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was asked by the media about Zardari�s health condition. He response �When he (Zardari) arrested by the government in Islamabad, we were all extremely worried, however, ever since he has been move to Karachi he is doing much better.�
Similarly in December Islamabad High Court grant bail to the former president on a medical basis. In his bail plea, he mention he was suffering from diabetes and heart condition.
Zardari was arrest by NAB on 10 June 2019. In October 2019, he sent to Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) from judicial custody after his health worsens.
