Comedian and actor Umer Sharif is to get medical attention from the government after his request from PM Imran Khan.
Leading comedian and actor Umer Sharif requested medical and traveling assistance for his treatment in a video message sent to Prime Minister Imran Khan. The government has taken immediate notice and assure him the financial support for seeking medical treatment in Saudi Arabia, the US, or Germany.

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Political Communications Shahbaz Gill expressed sorrow over the actor’s condition. However he assured that the government would help him on an immediate basis.
He also added that Government would go to any extent to help him out with medical assistance and travel arrangements.
