Pakistan beat West Indies by nine runs in the second Twenty20 international on Tuesday in Karachi.
Now the home side leads the series by 2-0. Mohammad Rizwan scored 38 to help Pakistan get to 172-8.
The Pakistani pacers managed to bowl out West Indies by 163 in 20 overs.
Pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi took three wickets while fellow fast bowlers Mohammad Wasim and Haris Rauf took two each.
Spinner Mohammad Nawaz also sent two batsmen back to the pavilion. Pakistan had retained the same playing XI as the first match.
