Muslims in UK, USA and Arab countries will observe the 15th Shaban tonight. Shab e Barat in Saudi Arabia 2022 will begin from today?s evening (17 March 2022).
The sacred?night for all Muslim, Shab e Barat in Saudi Arabia?will begin after sunset on March 17 (today). The night has great significance in Islam and each year it is observed on the night of 15 Shaban. Shab e Barat falls between the 14th and 15th of Sha’ban, the month before Ramadan. It is also called Nisf Shaban.
Muslims believe that on the night of Shab-e-Barat, Allah Almighty takes into account the deeds of all human beings in the past and writes down their destiny for the coming year. Devout Muslims will offer special prayers throughout the night of Shab-e-Barat, reciting the Qur’an and performing other religious rites, in the hope of receiving divine blessings for the good of mankind.
