More than 14 people lost their lives in the heavy rain in Sindh��

Due to excessive heavy rain that has severely damaged the province of Sindh. Numerous houses collapsed killing around 15 people in the district of Sukkur and Shikarpur. The rain has affected hundreds of families and has made several homeless. 

Majorly affected areas were Sukkur, Shikarpur, Dadu, and Khairpur districts were majorly affected. In an incident in the Chak area of Shikarpur district when a house collapsed killing six members of the same family. PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto took notice and directed Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah to provide quick relief to the family.�

Three children died in Rohri as a result of a fallen roof, while Shamaila, a lady, died in the region of Sukkur after a wall of her home fell off. In a building that collapsed that killed three kid.

Due to their inability to approach Umerkot city, the stranded individuals require assistance and rescue. The victims of the rain in the districts of Khairpur, Sukkur, Qamber, and Dadu protested the lack of amenities like tents, food, and shelter and blamed the Sindh government for their plight.
