Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) has announced its Ramadan timings for the year 2023, in accordance with the lunar calendar. This move aims to facilitate its customers in performing their religious duties during the holy month of Ramadan.
Starting from the first day of Ramadan, DIB branches across the UAE will operate from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm without any break from Monday to Thursday, with working hours from 08:30 am until 1:00 pm on Friday. The bank’s Customer Care Centre will also operate during the same times, seven days a week.
In addition to its branch timings, DIB has also announced that its ATM network will remain operational 24/7 during Ramadan, allowing customers to withdraw cash and perform other banking transactions at their convenience.
