OpenAI’s Chat GPT, an Artificial Intelligence language model, has been making waves for its impressive ability to produce human-like text. In addition to assisting with student assignments and other applications, the program can now even aid in articulating the difficult emotions of losing a parent, beyond what basic English language can convey.
Osman Khalid Butt recently found himself in a humorous situation involving ChatGPT. Following the passing of his father, Dr. Khalid Said Butt, last month on April 3rd, he received an outpouring of support from fans and colleagues.
However, one condolence message stood out as it was a three-paragraph text that was an exact copy of ChatGPT’s language. Although baffled by the message’s origin, it added a lighthearted moment to an otherwise difficult time for the actor.
In a tweet, Osman Khalid Butt shared the amusing incident that managed to bring a smile to his face during a challenging time. He wrote:
“One of the most unintentionally hilarious things that happened in the aftermath of Abbu’s passing was that I got a three-paragraph condolence message I am 99.9% sure was written by ChatGPT”.
