In a major development, the caretaker government in Punjab has lifted the ban on issuing new arms licenses, bringing relief to residents eagerly awaiting this decision. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to apply for a gun license in Punjab.
Step 1: Obtain the Application Form
To start the process, you need to get your hands on the official application form. You can easily download it online or visit either the DC Office or the Ministry of Interior to pick up a physical copy.
Step 2: Complete the Application
Once you have the application form, make sure to fill it out accurately and comprehensively. This involves providing all the required information.
Step 3: Gather Essential Documents
Attach all the necessary documents to your application, including a copy of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), two recent passport-size photographs, and a copy of the NTN Certificate if you are a taxpayer.
