MBBS & BDS Admissions Pakistan: Provisional Merit List Released 2023

In a significant development, the University of Health Sciences (UHS) has disclosed the provisional merit list for admissions into esteemed government medical and dental colleges across Punjab, showcasing an unprecedented merit level surpassing 91 percent.

This eagerly anticipated announcement stirred excitement among aspiring medical and dental students, as the top 5000 eligible candidates have unveiled on the official UHS website. The provisional list is a comprehensive compilation applicable for both open merit and reserved seats.

Impressively, a total of 3389 candidates set to embark on their academic journey, securing coveted positions in MBBS and BDS courses offered by 16 public sector medical colleges and three dental colleges.

For MBBS, the anticipated open merit cutoff stands at an impressive 91.3 percent, while BDS follows closely at 91.1 percent. These figures derived from a meticulous calculation, considering an aggregate percentage comprising 10 percent of SSC, 40 percent of HSSC, and 50 percent of MDCAT marks scored by each candidate.
