Get Your Driving Licence Faster: 4 New Testing Centers Launched in Lahore

In a strategic move to cater to the increasing demand for driving licenses and enhance efficiency, the City Traffic Police (CTP) Lahore has announced the establishment of temporary testing centers at four new locations within the city. The initiative, aimed at reducing waiting times for applicants, unveiled by Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Amara Athar on Wednesday.

Starting today, residents can take their driving tests at Gaddafi Stadium, Fortress Stadium, Defense Phase 6 Head Office, and Jilani Park Parking between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. This expansion comes in addition to the 33 permanent police service centers already operational across Lahore, with 8 of them providing 24/7 services for enhanced accessibility.

To further streamline the licensing process, CTP Lahore has introduced an online portal for obtaining learner permits. This digital platform enables individuals to apply for permits from the comfort of their homes, eliminating unnecessary hassles and saving valuable time.

CTO Amara Athar underscored the significance of these initiatives, emphasizing their role in enhancing traffic management and promoting road safety. By expediting the issuance of driving licenses and fostering awareness about traffic regulations, CTP Lahore dedicated to creating a safer and more efficient transportation system for the city.
