The Tourism Development Cooperation of Punjab (TDCP) is gearing up for the 19th edition of the International Cholistan Desert Rally (ICDR) and cultural festival, scheduled to take place from February 20 in the enchanting landscapes of Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, and Bhawal Nagar districts. Racers eager to participate in this exhilarating event can secure their registration starting January 15.
Nouman Khan, the Event Manager at TDCP, shared insights about the upcoming rally and festival, emphasizing the expansive 500-kilometer-long track currently under construction. He expressed optimism, recalling the success of the last rally which saw the enthusiastic participation of 100 racers, including five international contenders. Anticipating a similar international presence this year, Nouman highlighted the ongoing promotional efforts to generate buzz around the Cholistan rally.

The curtain will rise on January 20 with the grand inaugural ceremony, followed by the meticulous technical inspection of vehicles on January 21. The action intensifies with the qualifying round on January 22, paving the way for three adrenaline-packed days of bike, vehicle, and truck races.
