Aamir Sohail stole the limelight, emerging as the champion in the challenging 42.2-kilometer full marathon. His remarkable time of 2 hours, 36 minutes, and 9 seconds secured the top spot, with Israr Khatak and Aamer Abbas closely trailing in second and third places.
The women’s full marathon witnessed Mahnoor’s exceptional performance, showcasing her remarkable athletic prowess.
In the fiercely contested 21.1-kilometer half-marathon, Hafiz-ul-Barkat clinched the first prize with an impressive time of 1 hour, 17 minutes, and 12 seconds. Akram and Zaher Shah secured the second and third positions, respectively.
This inclusive event not limited to adults, as women and children enthusiastically participated in the marathon, underscoring the truly diverse and inclusive nature of this sporting spectacle.
The deserving winners awarded cash prizes ranging from 500,000 to 10,000 rupees, elevating the excitement surrounding the successful marathon.
