BISP Enhances Accessibility and Information Outreach with WhatsApp Channel and Call Center
In a bid to strengthen its communication channels and dispel misinformation, the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has recently launched a dedicated WhatsApp channel for beneficiaries and the general public.
Beneficiaries are encouraged to join the official WhatsApp channel through the provided web link: https://www.whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaL06DJ9Bb602I388U2l.
In collaboration with the National Telecommunication Corporation, BISP has also introduced a modern call center aimed at providing accurate program details and addressing any concerns or grievances. To reach the call center, citizens can dial 080026477 for prompt assistance related to complaints or inquiries.
To further extend its outreach, BISP has strategized the deployment of Mobile Registration Vehicle Centers, particularly focusing on remote areas. This initiative aims to facilitate the registration process, especially for deserving women who may face accessibility challenges.
The Mobile Registration Vehicle Centers, set in motion in August, are in the final stages of induction, as confirmed by an official source. This development aligns with BISP’s commitment to ensuring comprehensive coverage and accessibility, even in the most remote corners of the region.
With these innovative measures, BISP seeks to not only streamline beneficiary services but also foster transparency and accurate information dissemination to the public, reinforcing its dedication to the welfare and empowerment of the community.
