In a groundbreaking move, the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has rolled out an innovative fully automated public service system, revolutionizing the way students access crucial services.
The initiative, aimed at enhancing student convenience, offers a range of essential services, including the online issuance of migration/NOC certificates, result verification, and duplicate result cards.
By eliminating the need for manual processes, the new system ensures swift service delivery, with applicants receiving their requested documents in just three minutes.
Excitingly, the system is set to expand its services, with future additions such as change of subjects, cancellation of results, and correction of session details.
Utilizing a user-friendly interface, applicants can directly process their applications by providing key details such as registration number, year of examination, and postal address. This information enables them to receive a direct link to access services conveniently through WhatsApp or email.
The FBISE has implemented a secure verification system, allowing users to validate issued documents through a unique tracking ID or a verification link.
Chairman FBISE, Qaiser Alam, commended the tireless efforts of Dr. Bashir Khan Yousafzai, Secretary Federal Board, and the dedicated IT team for developing this cutting-edge automated system aimed at streamlining services for students.
This forward-thinking initiative not only marks a significant leap towards digitization in education but also underscores the commitment of the FBISE to providing efficient, accessible, and technology-driven solutions for the benefit of students.
