Karachi is gearing up for the JUI-F rally scheduled to take place today on New M.A. Jinnah Road, and in preparation for the event, a comprehensive traffic plan has been put into effect by the traffic police.
According to the traffic arrangements, commuters traveling from Shahrah-e-Quaideen are advised that they will not be permitted to proceed beyond Noorani Signal. As an alternative route, they can opt to take Khalid Bin Waleed Road, turning right from Noorani Signal.
For those coming from University Road, the traffic flow will be redirected towards Soldier Bazaar from Jail Chowrangi leading to Shahid Millat Road. Similarly, traffic from Jamshed Road will be diverted towards Soldier Bazaar as well.
Heavy traffic originating from Nazimabad and Teen Hatti areas will not be allowed to continue towards Gurumandir from Lasbela Road, as per the instructions issued by the traffic police.
Moreover, vehicles coming from M.A. Jinnah Road at Tibet Signal will also be rerouted towards Soldier Bazaar.
These traffic diversions and restrictions are put in place to ensure the smooth flow of traffic and to minimize disruptions during the JUI-F rally. Commuters are advised to plan their routes accordingly and follow the instructions of traffic officials to avoid any inconvenience.
