Karachi Weather Update: Cloudy Skies and Rain Expected Next Week
Amid the ongoing hot and humid conditions, Karachi residents can look forward to some relief as the city is expected to experience cloudy weather on Thursday, with rain anticipated next week.
According to the latest forecast from the Met Department, while Thursday will see cloudy skies, hot and humid conditions will persist with maximum temperatures ranging between 35-37°C. Humidity levels are expected to range between 70-80% in the morning and 55-65% in the evening.
On Wednesday, Karachi’s temperature ranged from 35°C to 36°C, with an estimated humidity level of 58% and an 18-kilometer per hour sea breeze. However, officials reported that the feels-like temperature surged to an oppressive 55°C.
In other parts of the region, rain-wind/thunderstorms are predicted for Thursday in Mithi, Badin, Umarkot, Tharparkar, and Mirpur Khas.
