The Sir Syed Express (35UP) will depart from Karachi Cantonment at 9:00 PM, embarking on a scenic route that covers key cities such as Hyderabad, Khanpur, Khanewal, Faisalabad, Sangla Hill, Wazirabad, Gujrat, and Jhelum. The train is scheduled to arrive in Rawalpindi at 8:55 PM the following day, providing a comfortable overnight journey for travelers.
On the return trip, the Sir Syed Express (36DN) will depart from Rawalpindi at 1:30 PM, retracing its route back to Karachi Cantonment, where it will arrive at 1:50 PM the next day. This schedule offers convenience for passengers traveling both ways, whether for business or leisure.

The Sir Syed Express is designed with passenger comfort in mind. The train comprises one AC Sleeper coach, one AC Business Class coach, one AC Standard Class coach, and four Economy Class coaches.
