According to sources, the CDA has decided to deploy hunting cats, commonly known for their rat-catching abilities, to address the issue. A budget of Rs1.2 million has been allocated for this effort.
The decision to bring in these feline hunters was made after the increasing presence of rats in the Parliament House became a significant concern. These rodents have been causing damage across various departments of the Senate and National Assembly, even going as far as gnawing on important files in offices.
