The 12th edition of the International Defence Exhibition and Seminar, known as IDEAS 2024, is all set to take place at the Karachi Expo Center from November 19 to 22. This event organized by the Defence Export Promotion Organization under the Ministry of Defence and Defence Production. IDEAS 2024 Promotion via PIA Aircrafts
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is stepping up as the official airline for IDEAS 2024. PIA will promote the exhibition by displaying its logos on two Boeing 777s and two Airbus planes. This move highlights the government’s commitment to making IDEAS 2024 a significant event for the country’s defense sector.
IDEAS has been a vital platform since its first launch in 2000, aiming to boost Pakistan’s domestic arms manufacturing while inviting international vendors to meet the needs of Pakistan’s tri-services. Over the years, this exhibition has welcomed delegations from many countries, fostering partnerships and collaboration.
With a strong focus on boosting defense production and exports, the event is a priority for the Special Investment Facilitation Council.
