The Government of Punjab has successfully concluded the online application phase for the CM Punjab Asaan Karobar Card, a flagship scheme introduced to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with interest-free loans. The CM Punjab Asaan Karobar Card apply online process was hosted on the official Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) portal, where eligible citizens could register using their CNIC and mobile number. The process included a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500 and required submission of personal, business, and financial details.
According to the government, the CM Punjab Asaan Karobar Card loan offers financial assistance of up to Rs. 10 lakh (1 million rupees) with zero interest. The loan tenure is three years, with a 12-month revolving credit facility and a grace period of three months. The funds can be used for business essentials such as vendor payments, utility bills, and equipment purchases.
