A woman in Karachi’s Baldia Town gave birth to five babies simultaneously at a private hospital. The birth included three girls and two boys.
According to hospital sources, the quintuplets were born prematurely. All five newborns have low birth weights and faced initial breathing issues.
Doctors confirmed the babies are under intensive care and require continuous monitoring due to their premature birth.
The father, Adnan Sheikh, stated that while the babies’ condition has improved, the high cost of treatment at the private hospital is a financial challenge. He appealed for public support and financial assistance.
The newborns remain in neonatal care for health stabilization.
