The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has issued the schedule for submitting online enrolment forms for the 9th Class Annual Examination 2026. According to the notification, only private schools can submit the online forms from 5 August 2025 to 30 September 2025 with a regular fee of Rs. 2,300 and without any late fee.
The 9th Enrolment Form date for government schools will be announced later.
Heads of private schools are required to log in to the official BSEK portal (portal.bsek.edu.pk) using their school ID and password to submit the 9th class enrolment form along with registration.
Late Fee Schedule for 9th Enrolment Form Submission:
- 15 October 2025: Rs. 200
- 16 October to 30 October 2025: Rs. 500
- 3 November to 18 November 2025: Rs. 1,000
- 19 November to 3 December 2025: Rs. 1,500
- 4 December to 19 December 2025: Rs. 2,000
- After due date: Rs. 2,500
The board has instructed school heads to ensure that students’ original B-Form, mother’s CNIC, and proofread details are submitted along with the 9th class enrolment form before sending it to the board.
