The rain system that brought showers to Karachi has moved out of the city, but light rainfall is still forecast in some areas.
Karachi received both light and heavy showers on Wednesday in different localities. The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) said the rain system will affect Jamshoro, Thatta, and Sujawal districts.
PMD also forecast rainfall in Balochistan, including Lasbela, Awaran, and the coastal belt of Makran, in the coming hours.
Authorities advised citizens to follow precautionary measures during the wet conditions and keep track of weather updates.
