Karachi Traffic Police, in collaboration with Lok Suhayta, has launched a citywide road safety awareness Karachi campaign focusing on the upcoming faceless e-challan Karachi 2025 system.
According to the spokesperson, the objective of the Karachi Traffic Police campaign is to educate citizens about traffic laws and the new automated e-challan system in Pakistan.
The faceless e-challan will be implemented from October 1, 2025. Cases of traffic violations will be logged by use of advanced CCTV cameras and the issuance of challans supported by photographic or video evidence will be directly delivered to the homes of citizens without any human intervention.
Faceless e-challan Karachi 2025 will be automated to observe traffic laws through CCTV cameras around the city. The issuance of the challan will be exposed through evidence so that the process is transparent and technology driven in case it is violated.
During the awareness drive, Karachi Traffic Police is distributing pamphlets at traffic signals and other busy areas. The campaign aims to prepare citizens ahead of the official rollout of the e-challan system in Pakistan.
The spokesperson said, “On your journey, Karachi Traffic Police is your companion.”
Volunteers, lady constables, and students are participating in the road safety awareness Karachi campaign, highlighting the importance of traffic law compliance, road discipline, and transparency in enforcement.
