MDCAT Test 2025 organized successfully in Sukkur IBA Testing Service in Sindh and one in Islamabad where over 33,000 candidates expected to take the examination. The examination conducted under the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) in the national admission process of MBBS and BDS in medical and dental colleges.
According to officials, 9 examination centres established in Sindh including Karachi, Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Shaheed Benazirabad, Mirpurkhas, Larkana, Jacobabad, and Sukkur while one additional centre set up in Islamabad for Sindh candidates. The MDCAT Test 2025 scheduled, following PMDC’s revised policy to ensure accessibility and transparency in all provinces.
The Sindh government implemented a three-level vigilance system to ensure transparency in the exam. Teams from Sukkur IBA, the provincial health department, and district administrations monitored the entire process. Authorities banned mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, books, and Bluetooth devices inside the centres.
The Sindh Chief Secretary commended the coordinated efforts of Sukkur IBA, the health department, and district administrations for ensuring a smooth and fair examination. He stated that merit and transparency remained the top priorities throughout the MDCAT Test 2025.
This test will comprise the medical and dental college admissions based on the centralized merit policy under PMDC through SZABMU and UHS. It is recommended that the candidates should use the official portals of Sukkur IBA, SZABMU, and UHS to stay informed about announcements of results and admission processes.
