Pak Suzuki Motor Company to terminate Wagon R manufacturing

Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) saw a positive increase in sales last month, due to Alto’s ongoing performance. Nevertheless, the company’s jumbled array of compact vehicles includes a few similar models that aren’t doing well lately. One such car is the Wagon R.

According to the latest update from the frequently trustworthy source autojournal.pk, PSMC intends to eliminate the Wagon R and the Bolan from its portfolio.

According to the source, the Wagon R has been discontinued internationally, and PSMC’s parent firm is no longer producing completely knocked down (CKD) kits for the vehicle. In essence, the absence of CKD kits for Pakistan signals an ultimate collapse to service here as well.

It was discovered in late September that Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) had delayed the ‘Every’ launch amid manufacturing and financial issues.

According to sources, the automakers are getting ready to restart development on the minivan. He said that PSMC is contacting suppliers to find different parts for the vehicle.

Although there is no set date for the car’s release, PSMC may do so as early as H2 2023 or H1 2024 given that things are moving forward.
