In stark contrast to last year’s price surge, the local automotive market is witnessing a downward trend in car prices. This shift is attributed to a combination of factors including dwindling sales, escalating inflation, and previously high prices.
In a surprising move, Kia Lucky Motors announced a significant price reduction of Rs. 1,500,000 for its Stonic Ex+ model. Following suit, Peugeot Pakistan, a branch of Lucky Motors Corporation (LMC), has also announced a Peugeot 2008 price drop.
This is the second time in two months that Peugeot Pakistan has reduced the price of its sole offering in the country, the Peugeot 2008. The company had previously announced a price cut of Rs. 100,000 in March.
