The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced a significant reduction in the price of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) for March, providing relief to consumers across the country.
In its latest notification, OGRA revealed that the price of LPG has been reduced by 80 paisa per kilogram. This reduction translates to a substantial decrease in the cost of the 11.8 kg domestic cylinder, which now stands at Rs. 3,030 compared to Rs. 3,039 in February.
Following the adjustment, the price per kilogram of LPG has decreased from Rs. 257.59 to Rs. 256.78, as per the notification.
This move by OGRA is expected to ease the financial burden on households relying on LPG for cooking and heating purposes. With the decrease in prices, consumers can now enjoy more affordable access to this essential energy source.
