8 year old Pakistani student set world record in O-level Chemistry exam

An eight year old Pakistani student who belongs to Chanab, Chiniot, set world record in O-level Chemistry exam.

Qamar Muneer Akbar, Pakistani student, passed the O-level Chemistry exam at the age of 8 year. However, he set the world record by this act. Previously, his sister Sitara at age of 11 made a world record by passing O-level Science, Mathematics, and O-level English.

Qamar Muneer Akbar already has 6 world records and now he added another achievement in the list. He said that he want to make Pakistan proud. He further that it is only possible by making education accessible for all.


In 2011, Qamar’s sister made world record when she passed O-level Chemistry exam at the young age of nine years. However, she also made the world record by passing O-level Biology exam at the age of 10 years.

Pakistani students are making the nation proud from several years. They achieved success in different fields. One of the fine examples is Arfa Karim who was the world’s youngest Microsoft Certified Professional.
