The Sindh School Education and Literacy Department has officially revealed the much-awaited schedule for matric and intermediate exams for the academic year 2025-26. The announcement came on Thursday after a key meeting of the Steering Committee of the Sindh Education Department.
According to the department’s decision, the matric exams, covering classes 9th and 10th, will kick off from March 15, 2025. Meanwhile, intermediate exams for 11th and 12th-grade students are planned to begin in April. The exact dates for intermediate exams are expected to be shared soon, keeping in mind the smooth execution of the schedule.
The Steering Committee emphasized preparing schools and students in advance to avoid any last-minute issues. This decision aligns with the department’s efforts to maintain consistency in the examination process, ensuring that students have a clear timeline to prepare well.
While students and parents now have clarity about the upcoming exams, the schedule highlights the importance of starting early preparations. Teachers and educational institutions are also encouraged to support their students by focusing on timely syllabus completion.
