Matric Exam 2025 Balochistan Board Begins: Section 144 Imposed at Exam Centers

The annual matriculation examinations in Balochistan have commenced today, engaging over 140,000 students across the province. The Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) has established approximately 400 examination centers to facilitate this significant academic event.

Enhanced Security Measures Implemented

To ensure the integrity and smooth conduct of the exams, authorities have imposed Section 144 around all examination centers. This legal measure prohibits the assembly of unauthorized individuals within the vicinity, thereby minimizing potential disruptions. Additionally, CCTV cameras have been installed at each center to monitor activities and deter any malpractice.

Strict Prohibition of Mobile Phones

In a bid to uphold academic honesty, the use of mobile phones within examination centers is strictly forbidden. Candidates found in possession of mobile devices will face stringent disciplinary actions. This policy aims to prevent cheating and maintain a fair examination environment.

Oversight by District Administration

A representative from the district administration will be present at each examination center to oversee proceedings. Their role includes ensuring compliance with examination protocols and addressing any issues that may arise during the exams.

High-ranking officials, including provincial secretaries, are scheduled to visit various examination centers for inspection purposes. These visits are intended to assess the implementation of security measures and the overall conduct of the examinations.

Balochistan Matric Exam Schedule

The exams are set to continue until March 3. On the inaugural day, assessments for the Arts group are being conducted. A dedicated team of approximately 1,300 staff members has been assigned to examination duties, ensuring that the process runs efficiently.

The BBISE emphasizes its commitment to maintaining a transparent and fair examination process, reflecting its dedication to the academic advancement of students in Balochistan.
