Punjab Schools 7 Days Holiday Due to Heatwave

Schools to Remain Closed from May 25 to May 31

According to a notification issued by the Punjab government, all educational institutions will remain closed from May 25 to May 31. However, schools are permitted to conduct exams as per their schedules, provided necessary precautions are taken to protect students from the scorching heat.

Heatwave Warning Issued for Different Parts of the Country

The Pakistan Disaster Management Authority had earlier warned of a severe heatwave in various parts of the country, prompting the Punjab government to take this precautionary measure.
