The Bigg Boss 19 controversy has moved beyond the show. Contestant Farhana Bhatt sent a ₹1 crore legal notice to Amaal Malik’s aunt Roshan Giri Bhinder, after she allegedly called Farhana a “terrorist” during a YouTube interview.
According to Indian media, Farhana Bhatt’s family also issued notices to YouTube India and the Fee Fafooz channel, claiming the interview caused serious harm to her reputation. Her lawyer said the family chose a legal route instead of reacting online.
The notice demands video removal, a public apology, and 1 crore INR in compensation for defamation. Copies of the legal notice were also sent to the National Commission for Women and the Maharashtra State Women’s Commission.
Bigg Boss 19 Updates
Bigg Boss 19 started on August 24 with 18 contestants. So far, seven have been evicted, and one left voluntarily. Farhana Bhatt was voted out on day one but later re-entered the house through a secret room twist.
Sources claim that if Roshan Giri Bhinder refuses to apologise, Farhana Bhatt’s family will file a defamation case in court. The ongoing tension adds a new layer to the Bigg Boss 19 drama involving Amaal Malik and Farhana Bhatt.
