Fans Criticized ‘Parwaaz Hai Junoon’ poster for Copying Hollywood

Much awaited Pakistani film ‘Parwaaz Hai Junoon’ has been in the limelight for all the wrong reasons of late release.

The movie was previously scheduled for a release on Eid ul Fitr 2018, however due to uncalled legal circumstances; the release is pushed to Eid ul Azha 2018.

Earlier, there was a controversy involving the costume designer of the film ‘Parwaaz Hai Junoon’  Soomar Rehman, who filed a case against the production house claiming that his name was not mentioned in the teasers and posters that were released.

The court has therefore stopped the release of any promotional content of the film that failed to mention Soomar Rehman’s name in the future.

Posters featuring Hamza Ali Abbasi, Ahad Raza Mir and Hania Amir were released prior to Rehman’s case.  A day ago new poster from the film has been released, this time featuring Kubra Khan and Shaz Khan.

Kubra Khan shared the latest poster and the reactions came immediately after that. Fans are able to realize that the poster is carbon copy of Amanda Seyfried film ‘Letters to Juliet’ released in 2010.

Many people are of the opinion that original ideas should be promoted and presented if Pakistani film industry wants to progress in future. They criticized the makers for copying content and ideas from Bollywood and Hollywood movies.
