Online streaming media Netflix has released top 10 most popular TV shows and movies list.
Netflix has shared its first ever weekly top 10 list of the most popular movies and television shows list on Tuesday. This amazing streaming service has launched this feature to help its viewers and to remove the industry’s criticism.
Reed Hastings, Netflix CEO informed the investors about the change that comes during the company’s third-quarter earnings call.
Netflix, the best streaming service said that it would release the top 10 list of English-language movies and television shows as per the hours viewed. However for non-English language shows and movies it would release on every Tuesday. In more than 90 countries it will also rank its most popular titles.
The latest figures show that the ever-popular Korean drama “Squid Game” topped the list of non-English language shows. It has 42.8 million views during the week of November 8.
“Narcos: Mexico” 3rd is top on English language list with 50.3 million views.
Movie �Red Notes� have garnered 148.7 million views to top the list of English-language films. The crime drama “Yara” topped the non-English film charts.
