Popular Indian actor Nitesh Pandey, known for his role in the hit TV show “Anupamaa,” has tragically passed away at the age of 51. The actor reportedly suffered a sudden cardiac arrest on Tuesday, May 23. Apart from his notable television work, Nitesh also gained recognition for his performance in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer “Om Shanti Om.” and the web series “What The Folks season 4”. His untimely demise has sent shockwaves throughout the entertainment industry. According to reports, Nitesh experienced cardiac arrest while shooting in Igatpuri.
Confirming the news, Nitesh’s brother-in-law Siddharth Nagar shared the heartbreaking information. He expressed, “Yes, it’s true. My brother-in-law is no longer with us, and my sister Arpita Pandey is in a state of shock”.
Earlier, Nitesh was married to Ashwini Kalsekar. In the television series “Anupamaa,” he portrayed the character of Dheeraj Kumar alongside Rupali Ganguly.
In the past couple of days, the television industry has mourned the loss of two more actors. Aditya Singh Rajput was found dead in his residence, while Vaibhavi Upadhyay, known for her role in “Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai,” tragically lost her life in a road accident. These incidents have added to the grief-stricken atmosphere in the industry.
