Saud Denies Rumors of Past Affair with Meera Following Sangeeta’s Claims

Pakistani film actor Saud and actress Javeria also reacted to the accusations of director Sangeeta about the former life of actor Saud with the actress Meera. Saud termed the rumors as a cartoon film at 24th Lux Style Awards in Karachi, Javeria, shook it off as an effort to acquire cheap fame. During the 24th Lux Style Awards in Karachi, Saud and Javeria addressed claims made by director Sangeeta regarding Saud’s past relationship with actress Meera.

Saud strongly denied the rumors. He called them a “cartoon film” and said people should enjoy such baseless stories as fiction. Javeria described the claims as a cheap attempt to gain fame by bringing up old matters.

Javeria said she had not seen Sangeeta’s statement initially. She explained, “My family, including in-laws and parents, were worried. They sent messages, and that’s how I learned about it.”

She added, “Family members find it hard to understand these things. Media people can say anything about anyone. Our children are grown now, and their future matters. Our marriage has completed 20 years.”

Earlier, director Sangeeta had claimed that Meera did not want Saud to work with fellow actress Resham. These remarks resurfaced during the awards event, prompting media questions.

Saud and Javeria took the chance to straighten the record out, pointing out that past infidelities should not become their family or work life.
