Famous YouTuber Ducky Bhai (Saad-ur-Rehman) is facing another controversy. After his arrest in the Ducky Bhai case over online gambling app promotions, new details have emerged regarding the Ducky Bhai house, showcased in his vlog.
Ducky Bhai House on Rent, Not Purchased
Property dealer Armaghan Rana revealed that the Ducky Bhai living in a rented house in DHA Phase 7, Lahore, was not purchased but leased. According to him, an 11-month agreement was signed in June 2025 at a monthly rent of PKR 450,000. Rana confirmed that Ducky Bhai paid PKR 2.475 million as advance and security for the bungalow.
The property dealer stated that Ducky Bhai presented the rented bungalow as if it was bought for PKR 100 million. He added that the YouTuber’s wife, Aroob, visited the property before the deal was finalized. Rana further claimed that commission promises were not fully honored.
Armaghan Rana alleged that Ducky Bhai’s associates pressured him to delete his clarification video. He said Ducky Bhai’s wife requested the removal, but he refused, saying the video was intended to inform viewers of the actual details of the deal.
Ducky Bhai Remand Extension in Gambling Case
This revelation comes while Ducky Bhai remand extension continues in the cybercrime investigation. The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) arrested him on August 17 for promoting gambling apps. His remand has been extended till August 28, 2025.
