The Feast of Sacrifice is among the most awaited religious festival celebrated with joy in the Muslim world. Eid ul Adha 2022 will fall on the 9th of July in Saudi Arabia as per the sighting of the moon by the religious committee. Grand Eid holidays in Saudi Arabia will commence from the 9th to the 12th of July.
Eid ul Adha is the ancient Islamic festival that holds the practice of slaughtering animals – cow, goat, camel, and sheep. The slaughtering of the animals is known as a sacrifice or Qurbani. The sacrifice was performed by Prophet Ibrahim for the will of Allah. Eid ul Adha is celebrated with great devotion and love.
