The first phase of the Tablighi Ijtema Raiwind wrapped up peacefully, thanks to careful planning and tight security managed by Lahore police. Throughout the Tablighi Ijtema Raiwind, police forces were on high alert, coordinating seamlessly across all units to keep things running smoothly. They set up a solid traffic plan to avoid jams, with the Dolphin Squad and Police Response Unit patrolling efficiently to safeguard the large gathering. PSCA and district officials monitored everything closely through surveillance cameras, ensuring the peaceful flow of events.
The gathering culminated with a large final prayer led by Maulana Ibrahim Dewla, after which thousands of participants began heading back home. Raiwind Road temporarily converted into a one-way route to ease traffic flow, minimizing congestion. Special arrangements also made at the Raiwind Railway Station, with all trains stopping to assist travelers. DSP Samia Sultan, along with senior Railway Police officers, personally inspected these security and travel measures, confirming a safe departure for everyone.
