Dubai’s flagship airline, Emirates, has unveiled its first experiential ‘Travel Store’ in Karachi, marking a milestone as the airline’s inaugural retail concept in the West Asia region.

Situated in Sky Tower, Karachi Towers, on Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue in Clifton, the store spans 183 square meters and equipped with cutting-edge, technology-driven immersive experiences. The Emirates ‘Travel Store’ in Karachi offers visitors an opportunity to explore the airline’s latest inflight features, destinations, and exclusive travel services.
Innovative Experiences and Services
The store provides self-service kiosks, a selfie mirror with customizable backdrops showcasing Emirates’ popular destinations, and a curated range of exclusive Emirates-branded merchandise and travel accessories. On-site staff are also available to assist customers with trip planning, ticket bookings, and travel preferences, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Inauguration Ceremony
Essa Sulaiman Ahmad, Emirates’ Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations, West Asia and Indian Ocean, along with Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al-Zaabi, the UAE Ambassador to Pakistan, officially inaugurated the store.
During the event, Ahmad highlighted the significance of Karachi in Emirates’ journey.
“Karachi was one of Emirates’ first destinations when we began operations in 1985. Selecting this city for our first Emirates ‘Travel Store’ in West Asia reflects our enduring commitment to Pakistan, where we operate five gateways,” he stated.
