1.Banana Strawberry Smoothie:

  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • 2 Bananas (Ripe)
  • 4 TBSP Yogurt
  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 & ½ Cup Crushed Ice


  • Blend all these ingredients in a Juicer blender & blend well.
  • Apply strawberry syrup in a glass then pour the above-prepared shake in this glass. Now serve.

2. Choco Banana Smoothie:

  • 1 & ½ Cup Crushed Ice
  • 2 Banana’s (Ripe)
  • ½ Cup Yogurt
  • 4 TBSP Chocolate Powder
  • 1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 Cup Milk


  • Put all the ingredients for choco banana smoothie in a Juicer blender and blend.

3. Pineapple Banana Orange Smoothie:

  • 1 & ½ Cup Crushed Ice
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Slices
  • 2 Banana’s (Ripe)
  • 4 TBSP Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Orange Juice


  • Put all these ingredients(for pineapple banana orange smoothie) in a juicer blender and blend.
  • Put ice.
