HEC Scholarship 2025: Study in Iraq Program Announced for Pakistani Students

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan announced the latest HEC scholarship opportunity under the “Study in Iraq” program for the 2025–26 academic year. The program offered by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Iraq for Pakistani students seeking Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.

This HEC scholarship includes options for full scholarships, partial scholarships, and self-financed placements across public and private Iraqi universities.
