The Hilal sighting committee encouraged people to look for the Ramadan moon in the USA, and Saturday will be the last day of the 8th Islamic month, Shaban, according to the Hijri Calendar. Tarawih prayer is set to commence tonight, and the fasting period will begin at dawn on March 11, 2024.
