The Reno 12 series bears a striking resemblance to its predecessor, the Reno 11 series, in terms of aesthetics, camera configuration, and display design. However, the key differentiator lies in the significant enhancements in the System on Chip (SoC).
The Reno 12 expected to be a powerhouse, boasting the Dimensity 8300 chipset, a notable upgrade from the Dimensity 7050 found in the previous model. Additionally, the new flagship Oppo phone might feature a dual 50MP telephoto lens in its camera setup.

Recent leaks have shed light on some intriguing features of the Reno 12 duo. The devices rumored to come with 12GB RAM, an infrared blaster, an in-display fingerprint sensor, an IP65-rated body, and run on ColorOS 14 based on Android 14.

The Reno 12 Pro, the more premium variant, designed to stand out. To justify its higher price tag of around $800 (approximately PKR 222,000), it speculated to equipped with the flagship Dimensity 9200+ chipset and offer up to 16GB RAM.
