Aamir Liaquat Hussain passed away today (Thursday) in Karachi. The 49-year PTI MNA was found unresponsive at his residency in Khudadad Colony. He was immediately shifted to the hospital in a critical condition but was pronounced dead.
Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain has always been a vocal as a media personality. He has been seen active in various TV channels shows and Islamic programs like Aalim Online, Pehchan Ramazan, and Amaan Ramazan. His famously known shows that gain popularity in numbers were Inaam Ghar, Game Show Aisay Chalay, Jeeway Pakistan, Aisay Nahi Chalay Ga, and his last show, Bol House.
Liaquat was also active in politics; he joined PTI in 2018 and was member of MQM till 2008.
The police have started a probe into the death of the MNA. SSP East said to acquire the CCTV footage to further investigate the matter.
