Supreme Court has summoned Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan in APS Massacre Case. Army Public School (APS) incident happened on 16th December 2014.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has summoned PM imran khan today (Wednesday) on the case of APS Massacre. Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed to head the 3 member bench in the hearing of case.
Case hearing held today that summoned the PM to appear before the bench at 11:30.
This cold blooded incident happened back in December 2014. Tehreek E Taliban Pakistan militant brutally killed 140 people mostly including children.
In the earlier hearing of this care parents demanded the transparent inquiry of the incident. They asked to summoned top civil military leadership of Pakistan. They stressed to file a case against them.
However, Supreme court asked the attorney general for the latest update regarding it. Meanwhile he responded that registering FIR against top civil military leadership is not possible.
During the hearing, the attorney general asked the court for time to seek directions from the prime minister and other leaders so that they could respond to the court.
