In the latest Balochistan honour killing case, 11 suspects arrested following the circulation of a viral video showing the brutal killing of a man and a woman. The Balochistan government registered an FIR under state authority and launched a targeted operation.

Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti confirmed the arrests in a statement on social media, stating that the operation is ongoing and all individuals involved in the honour killing will brought to justice. He added that the state stands with the victims and legal action will proceed after all arrests are completed.
The video, which surfaced on social media a few days ago, shows armed men firing at a man and woman at an undisclosed location in Balochistan. The footage triggered public outcry and immediate response from the provincial authorities.
The spokesperson of the Balochistan government said that the Chief Minister noticed the video when it became viral on social media. Speaking at a Karachi Press Clubs press conference Shahid Rind said that unconfirmed sources indicated that incident happened at around Eid-ul-Adha. So far the bodies have not yet been retrieved. The area now marked by Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) and local police forces seeking to locate all the suspects.
