To participate in the survey, women need to bring their children’s “B-form” from NADRA, their home address, and mobile number to the dynamic registration center or temporary campsites at the Union Council office. The survey is free of charge. Upon successful completion and approval, a message will be sent to the provided number from 8171.

In Malir District, the BISP sub-registrar offices are located at Gudap Office UC 7 Haji Zakaria Goth, UC 11 Office Murad Memon Goth, Shah Murid Konkar NADRA Office, UC 2 Ghazi Dawood Brohi Malir, Town Office Razzakabad Bin Qasim, and Moro Hall PAF Road Ibrahim Hyderi. These offices are open from Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
