Natasha Karsaz case has been officially re-opened now that the Judicial Magistrate East has indicted Natasha in a narcotics related case that was connected to the accident that resulted in the deaths of 2 people at Karsaz Road. The case, where a father and daughter died in August 2024, is back in the court being charged under different counts.
On the 1st of September 2025, the court develop charges against Natasha by the narcotics law since her medical reports revealed her to be using methamphetamine after the Karsaz accident. The magistrate ruled the trial to proceed because the accused appeared before the court and pleaded not guilty.
On August 19, 2024, the Natasha Karsaz case started when the speeding car of Natasha collided with several motorcycles and vehicles killing Imran Arif and his daughter Aamna on Karsaz Road.
While Natasha had been cleared of the major accident case on a legal compromise with the family of those she had hit, her charges related to narcotics were still pending. Before the Sindh High Court granted bail, lower courts had denied her bail on more than one occasion.
Now, with the narcotics charges framed, the trial has officially reopened, keeping the Natasha Karsaz case in legal focus once again.
The court has issued notices to the investigating officer and prosecution witnesses. The prosecution has been asked to reply to Natasha’s request for exemption from physical attendance by September 3, 2025. The next hearing of the Natasha Karsaz case is scheduled for September 13, 2025.
